The purpose of the Cookery Archive is to document and share my love of cooking and cookbooks with family, friends, and others. The collection will consist of cookbooks and menus from my personal collection as well as menus from dinners that I have attended with friends.
All cookbooks and cooking pamphlets posted in the digital library will be items out of copyright and not available in digital form (to my knowledge) on any other site. Myl hope is that these cookbooks and pamphlets will eventually find their way to a library collection along with the digital images. Photographs on the site are also part of my personal collection. No photographs friends or others will be posted without their explicit permission.
At present this site can be maintained by a regularly scheduled backup across the network to an external hard drive on my system using a file transfer utility WS_FTP95LE. Links will be tested on a weekly basis using the Link Verification feature of Dreamweaver.
